One of my ports doesn’t work
This laptop has been great. I like the touch screen although I rarely use it. Battery life is great, I can go to my coworker’s house for a full day of work without bringing the charger. HOWEVER, I have realized that one of the (only 2!) usb ports doesn’t work. I thought it was an issue with my dongle for my wireless keyboard and mouse, but I’ve tried other things too and keep getting an error message anytime I try to use that port.Really disappointed that I didn’t realize that right away, bc now I can’t afford to be without a computer to attempt to exchange it.

Nice But Over Priced Limited Warranty
I really wanted to return this laptop because (1) The warranty is for 10 months, I contacted the seller and they told me to contact HP, to no avail. So I was not pleased with that outcome; so it's like used not new. (2) It didn't come with the usual HP stickers and info, which was another indicator the computer was listed as new but really wasn't. I purchased this computer because it had most of the specs I wanted backlit keyboard, 32 G ram, touchscreen and Solid State disk drive. I probably could have gotten a new one with warranty for the same cost or slightly more. Overall, I like the computer, but disappointed with seller.

Nice laptop
It functioned intuitively right out of the box. Expected widows 10, but it's version 11, that's OK. Working well so far.

Not the computer advertised
Does not have an ethernet port as shown in picture. That was one of the reasons we ordered these computers. We ordered 2 of them, and neither one has the ethernet port. Not happy that we didn't receive the computers that we thought we ordered. Also, the warranty on the computer was already expired before we received it! What's up with that?!

So far, so good.
So far, it is serving the purpose for which it was bought. One noticable issu is that it keeps going out network during presentation or zoom and that is so annoying. Overall browsing it's working fine, battery life is great compared to my other laptops.
