Great tool
Was easy to use and works great. We had trouble using our headphones with the new sound bar on some channels and now we can do both on all channels!

Works great and easy to setup.
I used the splitter to connect the optical output on an LG TV to a Bose 700 soundbar and a device that allows one to receive sound from the TV directly to hearing aids, This allows people not wearing hearing aids to control the sound from the sound bar at a level they want while allowing the person with hearing aids to indendently control the sound to the hearing aid. it was easy to setup too.

Does the job
Works great, as advertised. I need to split my optical audio out from my Sony Bravia tv to my Onkyo TX-NR757 receiver and Starlink Edge television streamer. I wish it supported 7.1, but I haven’t found a splitter that does.

If you want 192kHz get the PASSIVE version
Works great for what it is. BUT note that it will NOT pass 192kHz signals. The specs indicate 96kHz max and that is true! The PASSIVE version WILL! Just make sure your cable run is short!

Great quality
Totakky awesome! When I was using a slimmer wore splitter, I was getting static. This cable gives me perfect clear sound. In fact, I don't even have to turn the volume up to get good sound.

Easy with simple instructions
This was wonderful. With many EASY instructions for installation for those of us less technically advanced. Works just fine at a very nice price point.

I needed a TOSLINK splitter to be able to connect both my Bose Cinemate II sound system as well as my Sennheiser RS175 headphones to my Sony Bravia TV. I was using the Sony headphone output for the RS175, but somehow got dropouts as of recently and was no longer satisfied with the sound. After reading the reviews and that this specific (passive) splitter might not work, I was a bit concerned. However, I can gladly report that it works fine and was very easy to install. Plugging the cables in might take a bit more effort than usual, but they sit tight, and the sound quality on my headphones is now much better. I ordered a 2m BlueRigger TOSLINK cable at the same time and am very happy. Thank God I did not to have to buy a powered one, as I am running out of sockets. ;-) Can recommend. Price seems to be on the lower end compared to the competition.
