Ceramic Kitchen Knife 6 inch Cutlery Chef Knife with Sheath Upgrade Handle

I've owned a few ceramic knives now, and am a huge fan. I prefer them in fact. This one, sadly isn't one that I like very much.I make sure my hands are super dry and clean when using this, since the handle is not very friendly. It's downright slippery. The blade sharpness is okay, but not nearly as sharp as some of my ceramic blades that are YEARS old. I see stress fractures already, so I'll probably dispose of this knife soon.

I have ceramic knives that I've have for 7+ years without issues. I bought this one so I wouldn't have to keep washing my favorite knife multiple times in the same cooking project. This one broke just outside the return period (used 3 times total) . Not made of the appropriate quality for a knife. And it appears the company isn't selling on Amazon anymore (or at least right now) so I can't even contact them directly.

I bought this item in August 2018 and have never been able to cut with it. Either the blade was not sharpened or there is a coating on it. Have had other ceramic knives and they were wonderful, but wanted one this size. The warranty is for a full 12 months, but I can find nowhere to send or return it and no way to chat. HELP!

Wow ! I have never used a knife like this before. It slices so easily. **CAUTION**Very sharp blade. I cut all different fruits with this ceramic knife and the blade wasn't even stained. Not even from my cherries. Just rinse and wipe dry. Watch when cutting pitted fruits as you can chip this *ceramic* knife blade. Also, a glass or marble cutting board should not be used as the blade can also be damaged. I love the ergonomic non-slip handle. It fits right into my hand great. And lastly the knife comes with a plastic cover so it will always stay sharp for you.

I'm totally committed to using ceramic knives these days. Most are just too expensive for me and sometimes they'll get chipped at the ends if I'm not careful. Ceramic knives tend to wear out gradually and stay sharp a long time. This one is a great knife for the money and the perfect size for what I needed.

How can a ceramic knife be duller than a butter knife?! Horrible! Build quality is good but its useless as a knife. I'll have to find a ceramic knife sharpener to make this usable. I should have repurchased the Wacool set to get the one chef knife I needed. Ugh.

I make a point to always have one of them in my kitchen drawer. I don’t like the smaller ones as I tend to bring the blade towards my thumb when I peel fruits and veggies, but there’s nothing better than them to cut. This knife’s handle is great too. I love it.

Waste of money as it has a very dull knife. Wife tried to use it and couldn't even make a clean cut on some vegetables. I would return it but I threw away the packaging so I'm stuck with it. I'd give it a Zero star if I could.
