Sally Hansen InstaDri Nail Polish, Twinkle, 1 Count

I was surprised that a large portion of the confetti had an orange color to it. This is not apparent in the product photos. Looking at the bottle in person, you can see a little orange to it, but the orange is only visible at certain angles as it floats around in the bottle. But once applied, the confetti is flat and catches the light in such a way that I was surprised by how prominent the orange is. Most of the pieces on the applied polish look orange at most angles. I did not see this until it was applied and dried. I would not have intentionally paired orange glitter/confetti with the purple base coat had I known! Otherwise, it’s a good product. Confetti is plentiful, easy to apply and get the amount of pieces you want with a little intentionality with the brush. Goes on very thick, but dries surprisingly fast. The polish job in the photo is about 2 weeks old. Strong, no chipping or peeling, good shine. I’m pleased with how it looks and holds up. I’ll just pair it with things that look better with orange in the future. By the way, the picture lightens the orange to almost yellow. In person, some pieces are more yellow, but mostly it’s a deeper more obviously orange color.

Was a little disappointed in the sparkle, not as sparkly as I had anticipated. Will continue to use it since a little sparkle is better than none.

Not the Sally Hansen I'm used to. It's cute enough but it doesn't last on the nails long especially if you wash your hands a lot. And you can't paint it on smoothly if you want the glitter on your nail you have to pat it on.

It's pretty, but the glitter is too chunky. Doesn't leave a smooth finish. It feels lumpy.
