Hernia belt
Simple design, but works great. Good price. Fast shipping. I walk about 10 miles a day. This keeps the hernia in place.

It helped some until I could get surgery. But, for me, any hernia belt will be uncomfortable and shift position.

Needed hernia belt
Needed item while waiting for surgery. No hernia belt is perfectly comfortable but the adjustable features sure help. I do not use in place on surgical repair.

runs small from size chart
Got my size from the chart, and I was inside the s-m range. Belt had plenty of adjustment, but pad was coming in too high for my hernia. If I lowered it to right place, the belt part was very uncomfortable. Also hard to wear under clothes. Pad was pretty big also. Others have different sizes. Returned and got a different one.

Great item
This was a great item to have until I was able to get surgery on my hernia. I wasn't able to bend or even lift my leg to put on my socks until I put this on. Game changer. I would recommend this product for sure. Easy to put on and take off.

Wrong material for brace
The heavy elastic material was bulky and did not fit well under my pants and tended to ride up. The pressure pocket did not seem to stay in place. I don't know, but It seems that a brace made similar to jockey strap design and material would be more comfortable. If I ordered a medium rather than a large for this brace, It may have fit better. The brace was priced at the lower end, so I should not have been surprised.
