Lever/arm can move left, right and down with no issues. When you try to move it up it comes out of place. So be careful in not dropping it and damaging your monitor(s). If you keep drinks nearby, move them away from your electronics or anything important (didn’t happen to me but it should be noted that it is a possibility)The pop filter sways off due to gravity, it should be placed on top of the arm but in my video I placed it in the middle/bottom because it swings less. I really don’t like the pop filter because it falls/swings away and HAS ALREADY HIT MY MONITOR A FEW TIMES. Luckily it hasn’t broken anything.Another thing that was not too much of an issue for me was the lose cable dangling around, I placed some zip ties along the arm to keep it from dangling and dragging my mouse, keyboard, paperwork, etc.I’ve only tried the sound quality through Adobe Audition and thought it did pretty well, haven’t tried it for gaming yet, so when I do and if it’s horrible, I’ll definitely give an update.Again, only reason it’s not getting a 5 star is because:1) arm lever comes off when you move the mic/arm up,2) pop filter swings on its own and hits my monitorHopefully this helps anyone with wanting to buy,I do recommend this mic/set up, I may have just gotten a little lemon, I feel like it’s more trouble trying to return and exchange than to just deal with this issue.

I am on Zoom for work ALL THE TIME. I am a trainer and financial advisor and so I'm constantly doing videos and chatting with clients all over the country.In the past, I've attempted to use other USB microphones that were ok but this setup is perfect! It might look a little clunky but its functionality is great. I can position the mic as close to my mouth as I need to, which most of the time isn't really even that close. I still get great sound quality.As for noise cancellation, my office is about 30 yards from a very busy street where there is always traffic during the work day. We also have 2 dogs that will bark at the slightest noise so I never know when they are going to go ballistic! All that said, I've never had anyone complain about the road noise or the dogs while on my calls, which is a testament to the quality of this product.I highly recommend it!

After team members communicated that my built-in microphone on my wired earbuds (which are visible in the attached photo) did not always sound good, I decided to give an external microphone a try. I wasn't excited about spending a lot of money, so I took a few minutes to find the best-rated microphone in my price point using Amazon.Everyone, including myself, is quite impressed with the difference in sound quality. In fact, there is another team member who has a much more expensive microphone and it is really hard to tell the difference between his microphone and mine. I even re-recorded the audio for a demonstration video I made for some our team's work - because there was such an improvement in sound over my prior approach.The microphone boom was easy to attach to my mostly-glass top desk and is very flexible to remain in the place I need for it to be without getting in my way of being productive.If you are in a position like I am, where you need to improve the quality of your audio during video calls or when making videos, this is certainly a microphone worth considering.

El producto (para su precio) es excelente, cuenta con lo necesario e indispensable para hacer streams, grabar videos y/o hacer música. La calidad del sonido es increíble y la cancelación de ruido perfecta, el micrófono también sirve muy bien para videollamadas en tu computadora, solo que si es una laptop y esta cuenta con cámara y micrófono de fábrica, deberás configurarla manualmente, es un proceso relativamente sencillo y rápido… en cambio si vas a hacer streaming en una consola de videojuegos, ten en cuenta que la Xbox One/Series S/X no es compatible con este producto, ya que requiere algunos procesos un tanto complicados y de “herramientas” externas (personalmente no lo recomiendo para esta plataforma). En tanto, para PlayStation 4 o 5, tengo entendido que es tan fácil como conectarlo al puerto USB y es todo.Un aspecto que no me gustó del producto es su comodidad, para el espacio que ocupó y la forma que tiene, no me pareció tan excelente, es un tanto incómodo aunque los materiales sean buenos. Para los que sean tercos y no les gusten las instrucciones, puedo decirles que la instalación del micrófono es sencilla y mas de uno ni siquiera va a leer las instrucciones, aunque para los que si lean el manual, este es muy ilustrativo y fácil de leer, ya que este te explica pasó a pasó y con imágenes todos los pasos para su correcta instalación.Resumiendo: Un producto que lo vale.
