Quality and service.
I have bought many of these through the years and none of them are accurate. This oximeter is no different. It reads correctly on occasion but most of the time it is incorrect. I give up and will not purchase any more of these because they are a waste of money.

Item arrived, but it does not work.
I received the item and installed the batteries, but there is not a way to turn it off, except to remove the batteries. The item is supposed to turn off after 5 sec of activity ceases, but this isn't happening. The item is defective. I have reached out the manufacturer and am awaiting a reply.
