This pill holder is awesome for me. I never have had any problems with it. The chain is sturdy and the pendant holds my nitro pills. It has a little rubber sealer in it. I accidentally took a shower with it on and realized the pills were not affected so now I don’t take it off when I shower. I love it

This is the one to buy. Compare to other products reviews the product does NOT unscrew itself, it holds about 10 Nitro pills and is quality built. It is waterproof so he wears it in the shower because it has little rubber seals.

Piece of junk. Pendant Didn't fit on chain. Quality seemed poor, Like something you can buy at a dollar store. It did come in a nice tin box!
