I love this it works great and the buns I keep in my refrigerator until I can use them so they are kinda dry, but when you put them in here to keep warm while it steams the hotdogs or brats whatever the buns come out sooo soft and have the best flavor. I definitely recommend this.

Men love this machine. Given as a gift and all the males in the family, ages 11 to 44, and their friends love it! Easy to use and perfect for parties, game day, after school snacks, and any time someone wants a hot dog. Great value for the money. So I purchased this for use at my office. I have used it 2 times so far and wanted to get out a quick review. Set up and clean up is easy. Literally takes a minute for each. I did not load up the dog steamer or bun steamer to the max. so believe heat times were shorter because of that. It look like 8 minutes to do the dogs. The first time i put the buns in at the same time but they got to soft/damp. It only takes a few minutes for the buns to soften and warm up so add those later. I would put a towel or cloth under to catch the steam water, but not a big deal. I have not steamed anything else yet, but suspect it would work well for frozen steam buns or gyoza and shumai. The bun steamer really works well at softening up the buns and getting them warm. Will update after I try a full load or other items.

Works well. 15 minutes or less 8 hot dogs. Haven't made 20 yet, but plenty of room. Have to take apart and hand wash after use. Very light weight.

Great got dog steamer. Only takes 10 minutes and you get soft buns.

Oh, this was a great purchase. I brought this for our office party. It was a great hit! You really need to watch it cause your hot dogs will bust open! Make sure it is on warm, or your buns will be soggy. It was trial and error. Make sure you watch your water level. I am going to get one for my grandkids! Overall great purchase!

Omg why didn't I get this sooner. I love this and now we have hot dogs more. Don't leave the buns in too long or they become too hot and moist. You can use any type or size hot dogs because you can place them leghth wise. Hubby loves his charred and this make it so much better and faster. I cook in this then cook over the stove and wow
