Fits my enormous head PERFECTLY! Looks fantastic too!
My title says it all. Hats are nearly impossible for me to find. Many people claim to have a “huge head” but mine is ACTUALLY huge. It’s over 25” in circumference and I have a pretty high forehead too. My head has seriously caused me a lot of grief and frustration over the years. This hat (in XXL) fits like it was MADE for me, seriously. I can’t thank Carhartt enough for making a hat for people with big heads that also looks flattering and nice. If you have my “situation”, you’ll love it too!

I love a good fitted hat, just be aware of sweating in them
I love these hats, probably on my 10th one already.. fit fantastic for a regular to larger sized head, very comfortable for us bald guys too. The crown isn’t super low like a duck head and not too tall like a 1980’s trucker, it sits perfectly and I’m a stiff judge on hats lol BUT MAN these things wick sweat up the brim and onto the upper front fast. The grey is my favorite color and it shows sweat/oil within just a few weeks of casual wearing. I use baby power inside the brim and flex fit strap to slow down the wicking effect, washing these just makes them look sloppy afterwards.

Fantastic hat but runs big
Fantastic hat. I love the sweatband. However it does run big because it stretches. Carhartt products last forever but when it does come time to get a new one. I will be ordering a size smaller

Great hat for big heads
Very nice hat for a larger head like mine. Fit good and I enjoyed the breathable back. Color is nice except if you sweat a lot there will be stains. Was a little expensive for a hat but it’s held up so I’m okay with the value. Has kept shape very well after months of everyday use.
