Mine stopped connecting to cars after 6 weeks. Contacted Launch technical support and they wouldn’t support it as it was a “Chinese import model”. Shame as it was excellent when it worked. Fortunately Amazon took it back.

Bought this from Amazon in 2023 and was a really good addition to my toolbox. Unit is great except for the cable connection on the unit itself. You plug in the The unit has the male end of the connection with the cable the female end. This is a widely known issue and should be reversed with the male end on the cable and female end on the unit. If you bend a pin then its easy to replace the cable. 6 months ago I managed to bend a pin on the unit when inserting the cable (very easy to do if you are in a hurry) and even after trying to straighten the pin it will only bend again when trying to plug in the cable. Contacted Launch to try and get it repaired and was informed that they dont do repairs. So basically dont expect any help if your unit has an issue. Unit is now junk unless I can find somewhere that will fix it.

Bought to programme Injectors on cars that I've replaced them. First car was a 2016 1.6tdi insignia. This couldn't do it. Returned.

Après avoir fait toutes les mises à jours etc etc je m'installe dans ma voiture pour pouvoir enfin tester cette appareil et en le branchant l'appareil ne se connecte pas à la voiture j'ai essayer sur 2 autres voitures et pareille alors je sais pas si c'est un problème au niveau du câble ou de l'appareil en lui même comme ci il y avait un faux contact je sais pas trop mais impossible de l'utiliser et pourtant j'ai tester sur 3 voitures complètement différente et impossible d'établir une connexion. Appareil renvoyer et rembourser, c'est dommage car l'appareil doit vraiment être bien je n'ai juste pas eu de chance avec celui que j'ai reçu.

This is a powerful device for the money. Its already saved my friends and family a fortune in self diagosis. The ability to email a report is very helpful and i was able to email a report to my mechanic who pre ordered the parts i needed which saved us both time. There are a boat load of features and I will never use them all, but the TPMS reset and brake bleed have both been very helpful. The auto VIN check can sometimes be a little flaky but easy enough to enter manually and seems to get better with every update
