CyberDyer Carbon Steel Quick Detach Sling Swivels Stud Gun Sling Mounting Kit with Screws 2Pcs (Black)

For those interested in purchasing, you may wish to know that the drill bit diameter for installation is 11/64. I couldn't find any reference to that and ended up guess-and-test drilling into my rifle stock. They otherwise seem to be decent quality, but the lack of literature included in the kit was a bit frustrating.

I purchased these because the Uncle Mike's set that I originally bought didn't come with the mounting screws described in the advertisement. Instead of buying these, I should have bought nothing at all. As other reviewers have noted, they are cheap, garbage. I drilled large piolet holes into the stock of my rifle and one of the screws snapped halfway into the wood. Now I need to go out and buy another 1/2 inch screw and a back-out bit to remove the half-a-screw left in my stock. I'm hoping that I will be able to epoxy a new one in the same hole so my gun doesn't look terrible. In any case, do not buy it.

These are not manufactured very well. The first one went on very well. The second one had a small bite on the post which caused the bracket to not come apart which prompted me to put it into my vise and tap it with a small cow hide mallet. It broke immediately. Needless to say, I had to purchase another set which I had the same problem with the second set as well. At least I was able to successfully attach one of each set purchased to my new rifle. I won't be buying another set.

The longer of the two studs broke off within my rifle stock. This happened even after taking all precautions including pre-drilling with a pilot hole. Don't know if I received a defective stud or they are manufactured from cheap steel but it sheared off just below the head of the stud while threading it into the pilot hole of my wood stock. There is no fixing this, the broken threads will remain in my stock forever

Used on another shotgun to mount a sling. Sling carry makes it more comfortable, easier and safer trudging into or out of the field.

Worksbtter than supposed to. Fast as hell. Ascars used to FAST FAST SATS,!!!

We purchased this CyberDyer Quick Detach Sling Swivel and they work perfectly. Glad we bought these and they are a quality item. Price was right and recommend to others.

Quick addition to my favorite rifle. Drilled couple of pilot holes of a slightly smaller diameter ...little epoxy and this is fixed for life .

First time out, first 25 feet, while carrying rifle with sling attached to these worse than useless swivels, the pin on the swivel that attaches the sling to the rifle broke. My rifle dropped freely onto the rocky ground causing both significant physical damage and the need to waste time and expensive ammunition to re-zero my scope. Worst thing I have ever bought on Amazon. Terrible.

You notice right away how sub par these actually are compared to the picture, looks like someone tried to make these with a pair of pliers and scrap piece of wire. Also showed up missing a plastic washer
