I broke my wrist a few years ago and was encouraged to start hanging by Vanya Moves! I rent and my door frames are a bit wonky but I got it secured and it’s stayed secure for months now. The design is great. I’m not sure if it’s better for women than men as my shoulders aren’t that wide and there’s times I think I could possibly position my hands wider but I don’t as I’m not sure about putting pressure on that part. I started only hanging a second or two at a time and now up to 15. Might not seem much but it’s a massive improvement in my grip strength. I put it at a height that I can just lift my legs up rather than try to jump up. The central bit is soft enough. It’s worth every penny and I’m hopeful that I can increase to a minute of hanging.

The product is quite good and useful but my purchase item has some defect, so I returned the product.

It's a strong good looking piece of kit that will really increase upper body and arm strength if used regularly. It fits nicely in my bedroom doorway.

I love this bar because it's super easy to set up, it's extremely strong, maybe too strong and it's hard to judge how much to twist. In the first place (a newly build solid wood frame), it actually pushed the wood away from the top piece, but thankfully the wood bounces back in place when I remove it. I then tried to do it on solid old walls. One of the was perfectly fine, no marks whatsoever. But the other side removed all the paint. Thankfully we had extra to fix the issue but beware. I think the tips needs a different surface that would not peel paint off walls.

Installed the pull-up bar on an aluminium framed door and it holds really well. One minor negative is that due to its variable width, wide grip pull-up fall outside the main body and on thin extension tubes which make it less comfortable experience.

Works perfectly, my son is very happy with it.

Edit: Passou um mês desde que a barra chegou e ela começou a perder a força. Aguentou por um mês, porém agora está começando a cair. Talvez ainda seja boa para quem não é tão pesado assim, mas se pesar 120+ kgs, não é ideal. Sou bem pesado, estou obeso, e queria uma barra para começar a me exercitar. Pesquisei bastante, procurando uma que aguentasse meu peso, e quando vi essa, fiquei em dúvida se aguentaria. Testei e posso dizer que aguentou sem problemas. É feita de um material que parece bom, e aguenta bem o peso. Recomendo.

Für den Preis ist die Klimmzugstange wirklich richtig gut. Am Anfang muss man sich schon überwinden, sein komplettes Gewicht dranzuhängen, aber sie hält bei mir sehr zuverlässig. Ich benutze sie jetzt seit etwa zwei Monaten fast täglich und sie sitzt immer noch fest, ohne sich zu verdrehen oder zu lösen. Die Montage ohne Bohren funktioniert gut, wenn der Türrahmen stabil ist. Genau das sollte man aber vorher unbedingt prüfen, ich hatte einen alten Holz Türrahmen und dort ist bei der Befestigung leider etwas eingebrochen. Das liegt nicht an der Stange selbst, sondern einfach daran, dass der Rahmen das Gewicht nicht gut verteilt hat. Ansonsten fühlt sich die Konstruktion hochwertig an, die Polster greifen gut und nichts rutscht. Wenn der Türrahmen passt, bekommt man hier eine sehr stabile Klimmzugstange fürs Heimtraining. Für den Preis absolut empfehlenswert, daher 5 Sterne.
