It arrived in a timely manner and is great quality! I use it every morning and it does a wonderful job. I will say the only down fall is the roller piece that goes in the freezer can be tricky to get off the handle. Overall I am satisfied with the quality of the product for such a wonderful price.

Cold the cold and perfect for srinking pores very easy to use very firm and not easy to break and so smooth and cold touch to the face with slow strokes on face very nice and will help with puffy under eyes and dark circles and helps with loose skin

Love it. This is gonna be a life saver in Texas heat. I put both in the fridge and freezer. The roller is hard plastic coated tho. Not soft gel like the things on the inside. Works great. I will be buying more for family members.
