I added extended warranty with the mi robo vac. Later I had cancelled the order. But it is found the extended warranty cannot be cancelled even if the order for product is cancelled. You have to contact the seller via email for cancelling it. It is better to get 3rd party warranty later for a longer period

Fraud extended warranty
This is not a warranty from mi but a third party service provider - service Lee. A fraud company who doesnt take calls nor responds to emails. I'm trying to claim the warranty for a broken dust compartment and neither Mi is helping nor amazon. 2000 Rs. Gone waste and an unusable 30000 Rs. Product. Never buy large or expensive appliances on amazon.

This is a perfect money wasting effort.
I could never succeed in raising installation/technician visit- I wrote to all official MI emails and those efforts are mere waste of time. So imagine how difficult it is to place a service request to claim extended warrenty. You'll be deceived.
