RESOLVED!!! Mixed transfer sheet sizes.
EDIT: The customer service for was top tier! They immediately resolve the issue on this product and even sent me a new pack, which I am now using. I am very pleased. Will continue to buy from again and again. Though I love this product, I’ve noticed that every other transfer sheet is a smaller size. They have A3+ and regular A3 size both in this package mixed together. Not returning cause I can use it. An inconvenience cause I’ve messed up my prints cause I didn’t noticed the smaller sheet until it’s too late. Y’all might want to check your packaging. I am currently separating the sheets to see how much is actually A3+

Best films i ever used
Regarding my experience with the ET-8550, I have utilized it for my brand for nearly eight years. Throughout this time, I have experimented with numerous brands, none of which yielded the impressive results I sought. Upon my initial use of their inks in conjunction with their DTF films, I found them to be the superior products I have encountered. Their vibrancy surpasses that of most competitors. I highly recommend the ultra-glossy option. For optimal results, I suggest getting the 100-pack and utilizing A3 sheets for larger prints. These appear to offer superior performance. As a major sports supplier in New York, these products have significantly contributed to my business growth in the past six months. My clients consistently commend the quality, and adopting these products will enhance your clients' satisfaction and your business's reputation. While it has been suggested that an ICC profile is unnecessary, my experience suggests otherwise, and I learned this through trial and error. I strongly advise you to evaluate these products; I am confident you will not be disappointed.

Pretty good Transfer Film
This film is of good quality, it retains ink well. Can be tricky knowing what side is which. Luckily it’s labeled on the packaging, just follow the instructions and you will have no problem

DTF Transfer
I'm still learning about the whole transferring thing lol..but the color on a black shirt looks very dull. I tried the white shirt and it looked really nice. I'm still learning about this product and other ones i'm checking out.

Designs won't release from film without tearing chunks
I just finished a package of film from another manufacturer, and it was fabulous. However, I can't get the graphic to release from the film with this brand. I've followed the instructions to the letter, press @ 150C for 10-15 seconds, and per the instructions, it should work with a hot or cold peel. A hot peel just lifts up most of the design, and a cold peel just tears the design. It's truly awful. I've now ruined three shirts out of five, and the two that I've decided are okay-ish had chunks of the design pull with the carrier sheet. Now I've missed a deadline and lost a sale. Do not recommend.
