I read all the reviews before pulling the trigger on this and I agree with most of them but will add the following just so you buy this with clear expectations. I got the canvas version. The canvas material is excellent.The assembly instructions are bad. Basically as bad as an IKEA instruction. But the order is correct, so follow the order even if it counter intuitive. The water will leak out of the bottom if you don't put the pan in correct (as another reviewer noted) but it won't assemble right if you put the pan in incorrectly so that should be a clue.The steam heater is cheap as are the tubes. They will kink easily if you are not paying attention. I suggest upgrading the hoses to the clear braided that you can get from Lowes. I wish the heater was able to produce more heat, I run it at max and its just okay. You won't ever get as hot as a proper sauna but you will get hot and it will do the job.My main complaint is that it takes much longer then the 8-10 minutes to get up to temperature. I fill it up to the top line. It takes almost 20 minutes to get up to proper temperature. so if you want to stay in longer then 20 minutes I suggest turning it off for 30 seconds then back on which will reset the timer and you are good to go before you enter.I'm giving it 5 starts only because its just cheap enough in terms of dollars to justify what it is. If they start raising the prices higher w/o any real upgrades to the heating device itself then I suggest a hard pass.

The heating unit broke within the first or second use….. twice! If it were possible to give 0 stars I would. We got a replacement for the first unit that broke on the first use and the second unit broke on the second use. How’d it break? Well the top of the heating unit literally cracked from the heat, and we didn’t even use it on the highest setting. This means that the steam was escaping through the cracks and barely heating up the area that was supposed to be heated. The second unit actually broke so bad that the top part broke into two pieces of plastic. Don’t waste your time on this cheap unit. It’s a waste of money and resources so someone can get you to buy their cheap product. We were tricked but hopefully this posts stops you from experiencing a similar story.

This will get your sweat on, We usually do 20mins each ( adults) on 1 tank of water with a 10min preheat. A deck chair and what your mamma gave you is all you need. Be careful with the steam diffuser and this can burn you, we place it under and to the back of the chair. Remote is very handy but not really needed. Also remember to always dry it on the inside after use or it will mold and smell. We put a towel on the floor before getting in and add a couple of aromatherapy drops to the steamer, really helps. Do not let the boiler run dry and get in/out fast to retain heat.

This is a great personal sauna for small spaces. Heats up in 10 minutes and works great! After 6 months of use the heating element wasn’t as hot for 2 days. I attributed the drop in outside temperature as the cause but sadly today it shut off and will not restart. I moved it to several other outlets and no luck. I have reached out to the seller in the hope that they will send a replacement heating element and hope to hear back. Side note, the cost has gone down since I purchased mine……😬 not sure why. I just hope the seller will do the right thing and send a replacement heating element so I can continue to use this great product.I have an update, after MUCH back and forth with pictures as proof I did finally receive a new steamer. I am thankful the company did the right thing as the steamer is the most important part of the sauna, if it stops working then I no longer have a sauna to use. I am going to empty the new one and unplug it after each use just in case as I noticed the interior of the pot was milky after about 20 uses (live in Florida) over the summer. It is the winter season that I will want to use this more often and I will do whatever I need to do to ensure this steamer keeps working. I did receive a lot of feedback from customer service and in the event this steamer also breaks after a short time period, I am encouraged that they will send out another steamer. So far so good!

LET ME SAY OUT LOUD! This is the best ever yet!!! I LOVE THIS SAUNA! I have had the smaller one with the head out, but this one is the best investment me and my husband has purchased. Fast shipping, easy to put together, and easy to use. It gets hot in less than 5 minutes, and oils can be added for aromatherapy. DO NOT, add Epsom Salt to the water. It will make the vapor air thick and muggy. If you are sick with the flu or the common cold, this is great to sweat it all out. Hurry up and buy! You all will love it.

I got this delivered yesterday, returning today after spending time reading the instructions front to back (full of poor grammar and improper words… like make a half effort to know English) still I had hopes this would give me an alternative to the expensive gyms where I enjoy their steam rooms. Nope. As you can see, this thing streamed my basement more then the “room”. Room was Luke warm after 45 mins of heat. No bends in the tubing, all installed as directed. Sending back, don’t waste your time. Also can we get a cord that’s more than a foot and a half? This baby is not three feet from the outlet yet I still needed an extension cord. Cheap is cool but it’s gotta work. This doesn’t.

After 7 min in there you really start sweating and body heats up nicely. Love that it’s in my bedroom and I can do it when I want. Clean up is easy I put a towel on the floor and one on the stool. One of the best investments I’ve made. I’m telling everyone about it. Don’t think twice!! Better sleep, detoxifying, healthier glowing skin, muscle recovery, boosted my metabolism, much more. The only thing is if your 5’9 and taller you cannot stand up fully you will have to lower your head to stand. That’s my only thing. It’s Must have!!

The steam pot broke within two weeks. The lid cracked and the whole unit is trash.
