Used phone delivered as new
When I opened the package, I noticed that the box looked like it had been sealed, but the screen film protector was missing. This indicates that the phone had been opened before and may have been used, also upon turning on the device, the setup was already done before and settings were saved from a previous user. Horrible experience, requested a return and refund.

phone switched off for no reason - No Warranty in UAE
quite disappointed, there are times that the phone suddenly switched off for no reason at all.I brought it to customer service here in Dubai but they said that even though I just bought it 2 weeks ago. there will be no service warranty because it was activated in Pakistan.
