Yaheetech Multi-Level Cat Tree for Large Cats, with Cozy Condos for Indoor Cats

So before I get into the tree let me talk about the sellers. They were so kind and helpful. I had order this March 13th and got a notification saying it was delivered March 16. I went outside as soon as I got the notification but there was no package. The delivery driver was still here bringing in more package and told me that I didn’t have a package from here. At first I tried to get a refund but couldn’t because I have to wait a period of time so then I contacted the seller.The seller immediately respond back later on that night and worked with me on the problem. Every message I sent they always had a respond and they understood my issue and concerns and sent me another tree no charge at all. When the order for the new tree was sent they sent me the new tracking order and the time the tree should arrive.I got the tree and so far it so amazing and perfect for my cats and I just want to send another thanks to the seller for their great customer service.Now for the tree, the assemble for me personally took a few hours but the instructions for it was so easy to understand and read. They really walk you by step by step and it’s not all jumble when you work on one piece then skip to the end. So the assemble was really easy for me.The sturdiness and the stability is amazing. It’s well balance on a well balance and even floor. When you make sure to screw in the screws really tight the tower and the house will be nice and secure with each other. The only thing I haven’t tried is the wall connecter which I know it will be just as great. It looks like I need a drill to make a hole first but the connecter is to connect the tree to the wall for more stability and I would recommend it you have bigger cats or more hyper active cats who like to run and jump. It make sure the tower won’t mover or fall over if you have bigger and active cats.I have two 1 year olds cats and so far their really skeptical but like the balls and the soft fur on the tree. It would take them some time to warm up to but they seem to like it already. Seeing as one likes to lay in soft material and the other likes to scratch furniture this was the perfect combo for both.(The pictures above are my two babies and if anyone can help me find out the breed on the grey one his name is storm and I’ve been so curious about his breed since I gotten him but couldn’t feed anything)They package comes with everything you need including some type of screw driver to screw all the nails into the tower.Overall this is worth the money. I recommend buying if it matches your cats like and need because it will meet every expectation. Everything I found with it was perfect and I couldn’t be even more happier with this. Once again Thank you to the sellers!!!!!!!Updated: My cats loves this tree. I would always see them on this tree either sleeping or just relaxing. At first the would barely go by the tree but now the won’t leave it. They don’t lay on the furniture anymore or scratch it. They do all that on the tree, one of them was playing with the ball so much he ended up falling off the tree (he’s completely fine). They love this tree and always happy while being on it. Very nice cat tower, the carpet is soft and pretty, the toys are good, cubbies are nice and my cat was trying to climb in them before I even got the posts screwed in on the inside, overall very good quality cat tower. The one negative on stability is that due to the platforms sticking out further than the bottom, the strap to secure the cat tower to the wall, still keeps the tower out away from the wall just a bit. This is a negative for me because my cat is a 20 lb Maine coon and the second he jumped up to a platform, the entire thing rocked just enough that he got scared and now refuses to go on it. It was hilarious but defeated the purpose of why I bought it in the first place. Plus his fat*** can't fit in the cubbies, lol. So I would be sending it back to purchase one made for big boys, except we just got a 2lb kitten and he is all over this thing. He LOVES it 👍😻😹

I have a new kitten in the house, and I purchased this with the hope of preventing him from climbing up the curtains! I am confident it will do its job in that area, but what I really want to comment on is the excellent customer service the seller provided!As I was assembling the tree, I discovered that the hardware packet I received was missing one of the screws I needed. I completed a form here on Amazon, and the company quickly replied with a message to confirm the part I needed; then, they shipped it to me promptly! Now my kitten is happy, and so am I. After a lot of research, I decided on this tower and overall I’m very happy with the purchase. It’s made of a soft fabric, instead of more durable carpeting, but that hasn’t been a problem since my cats have plenty of cardboard scratch boards and a very large scratching post. Mostly they just enjoy lounging on this and stalking each other. It’s relatively stable, but does wiggle a bit when they launch onto it; they’ve gotten used to the amount of sway that it has and they have adapted.It’s a lot of parts, and I’m not the best at putting this kind of stuff together, so my roommate did it for me, and it took him a little under an hour. Similar preassembled cat trees cost about 50% more, so it was worth it to assemble at home and buy him a few beers. 🍻I’m happy with the height of this because it satisfies their desire to perch and keeps them off of my kitchen counters.My one issue is that some of the platforms should have a bit more space between them because one day, when they were playing, quite roughly, one of my cats fell and got hung up in between the space above the higher box, where she squirmed helplessly. She clawed her way back up before I could even get to her, and I think learned to avoid that part, but it was pretty horrifying to watch that for that brief moment.

My cat loves the new tree, it's a tiny tiny bit wobbly if I lean on it while opening the window behind it. Obviously this is no fault of the tree because a) I am not my 9 pound cat and leaning on it is more weight and b) I don't have it attached to the wall with the hardware it came with. My cat can jump on and off it no problem without it moving at all, it's her favorite place to hang out now!

This is the second of their trees I’ve bought. The directions are easy. The parts fit together. It’s not hard to do, they even give you the one tool you will need. My older cat uses hers all the time and so I got a second one for another room when I got another cat.I thought there was a problem and contacted the company who were super nice and responsive and the problem wasn’t even their fault. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Considering the price I would say this product is amazing.Have 3 cats that are loving it.Not super solid but if I get a year out of it I’ll be very happy.Same item in pet stores would cost $200

I have a 2 year old cat that loves this thing. Dum cat keeps scratching the wrong posts though and they are showing some issues. Still way better than anything we actually dont want her to attract tho.Works wellTHanks
