All 6 Lights Dead in Under 3 Months – Waste of Money
I purchased the JACKAL Metal LED 9W Track Lights (Warm White) – Pack of 6 from VAISHNO ENTERPRISES via Amazon on 30 May 2025. Delivery was on time, and the packaging was good. Installation was easy, and initially, the lights looked great — warm white glow, modern design, and adjustable heads perfect for my showroom. Unfortunately, on 12 August 2025 — less than 3 months after purchase — all 6 lights stopped working completely. For a product meant to last years, this is unacceptable. The listing mentions a 6-month warranty, so I contacted the seller with the invoice and proof of the issue. I’m currently awaiting a replacement or repair, but the short lifespan and complete failure of all units have caused inconvenience and loss for my business. While the delivery and design were fine, the reliability is extremely poor. Unless quality improves, I cannot recommend this product for commercial or home use.

Value for money product
Ordered a three bulb spotlight. The rail was around 95cms long. The bulbs give yellow light and were 9W each. The brightness of the bulbs is very good and the quality of the rail is strong. Easy to install. The bulbs can rotate 90 degrees and can also rotate around its axis. Overall a good product and value for money. Recommend this to people who want spotlights from the ceiling. Cheaper than what you would find in stores, and same price better quality.
