These tablets are easy to swallow and have no nasty taste. Totally good value for money as cheaper on Amazon than in Boots. Feel these give me a wee boost of energy when I really need it - so great performance from them and me when I’ve taken one. They don’t have any negative effect on my sleep either!

I hate the taste of coffee, but sometimes need a little kick in the morning. I have been using these for around 4 years now and they are perfect - I carry them everywhere.
