Great quality as always from 3M. I purchased this along with the green ceramic Roloc brush for my Milwaukee M12 90° die grinder. I got mixed answers when I asked about compatibility, so I figured I’d give it a shot. What I discovered is it does fit the Milwaukee M1/, but from the factory the collet was lodged into the shaft. After removing it with needle nose pliers, I was able to snap it into the locking nut and insert the 3M Robloc adapter and it works perfectly. Hope this helps someone else.

It's a solid hunk of metal and rubber. The work is really done by the attached abrasive pads, so nothing out of the ordinary to earn the last star, given the price.

The adapter is well made and works as described. It is actually superior to what I expected. I will definitely purchase again.

It replaces the same brand that was damaged while removing a stuck on disk. These work great for cleaning brake rotors or machined surfaces prior to replacing gaskets.

For anyone who owns an angle die grinder, this is the adapter you'll need to hold those 2 inch diameter 3M Roloc discs. This is a very simple, well-made, over-priced (3M right?) adapter that fits all 1/4 inch angle die grinders. It does an amazing job at holding 2 inch diameter 3M Roloc discs. Easy on. Easy off. It's stiff enough without being too stiff. This is a durable workhorse system designed for hours of use all day long. 3M Roloc is the way to go and this is the adapter that will get you where you want to be with those spin on/off Roloc discs. Buy it once. Use it thousands of times. Stay well.

Cheaper options have too much runout and don't grip tight enough.
