Aphogee ProVitamin Leave-in Conditioner 473ml

I started using this product as well as other Aphogee products when I started my Hair journey in 2010 based on 'Ateeya aphogee regimen' on 'youtube' and watching her 'My Hair Regimen-Shampoo& Conditioner, Ect..' It is worth watching. Yes the video clip is 4 years old but it is still one of the very best in my opinion when it comes to giving clear instructions on how to care for your hair It is 2013 now and I am still using the Aphoghee products(thank you Ateeya) and will continue because my hair is in a healthy condition. The good thing about these products is a little goes a long way. It may seem expensive initially paying out for these products but they do last a long time. It is 2015 going into 2016 and this product is still a strong stable in my hair regime products. It just works.

I love this product and wouldn't be without it. I've been using Aphogee Pro-Vitamin Leave In for about 6 months now and must be on my 3rd bottle. I originally began using it as a light protein treatment for my high porosity 4c hair and while that is still its function I use it to hydrate my hair just before I apply my cream based leave in conditioner, then seal with my oil/butter mix. Many people who don't like this product aren't judging it on the effect but because the consistency doesn't meet their expectations. Yes, the 475ml bottle has a lotion dispensing top rather than a spray but this product is the consistency of water and I dispense it into a spray bottle, spray it on my hair, squeeze it in to ensure it is worked into my hair, leave for 5 minutes with a shower cap then go in with my leave in cream, worked that through my hair and then comb/detangle. The first time I used this product I noticed the amount of breakage during detangling was less than half the standard amount prior to using this product. It has been a complete game changer for me. I now use it to hydrate my hair prior to any moisurising so I no longer use water to hydrate my hair. I use it after washing my hair as the first step to moisturing, and when moisturising my hair in between washes, again as the hydration step before adding my cream (or this could be butter/oil for you). When selecting a new product, know why you're using it and give it a chance to see if it provides the solution to your issue. Too many people have written this product off just because of the consistency - they're missing out.

So far, leaves our hair strong but not too hard. Sometimes I mix it with water. I also put it in a spray container for easier distribution. I use it before blow drying and I noticed it keeps our hair from shedding. Our hair eventually becomes softer after a few hours. It's now part of our staple. I hope it continues to work for our 4c hair.

Bought this product as I wanted a lightweight leave-in conditioner. Smells great and isn't heavy in my hair. Does the job. I put the leave-in into a spray bottle for even coverage.

Never ever buy again

This is perfect to tame my frizz prone hair on a wet day. Just spray all over hair and comb through, I have done it on wet, towel dried and on blowdried hair as well, it works every time. My hair actually keeps a decent look throughout the day after the morning spraying. I found it fiddly to dispense directly from the bottle, so shook it well as per instructions and poured some into a smaller bottle with a spray pump. Applying it only takes a few seconds of my morning routine now. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely go back for more, although at a few sprays a morning, it might take me a while to go through this first bottle.

this thing were great as part of the aphogee line I used to heal my hair before switching to all natural products. With its help and the protein treatments, I was able to help the damage done to the point where I could transition to a more natural regimen and become pleased with the results. Only get one, and the 2 min protein treatment with the green tea/keratin spray (for after washing and before stying), then when they run out you have 'baby stepped' in more natural products and its a god send. Only for a transitioning phase though, 6 weeks max

I purchased this product based on recommendations from other users. The only complaint I have is the liquid consistency so you will need a spray bottle for best use. Other than that the product is fine. I'm not sure how much it actually "hydrates" and "conditions" the hair but it does have a nice silky texture.

I’m so disappointed to see the bad reviews for this leave in. I have dry to normal hair that is very fine. It can get frizzy, it is keratin treated, and I blow dry when I wash but I cannot use leave-ins that are creams or oil based because my fine hair gets weighed down and greasy. I have used this leave in for many many years and it protects my hair from heat damage. I don’t suffer at all from split ends, and my hair can be close to waist length. I cut my hair about three times a year and the worst that my ends have been is dry and porous. That is thanks in large part to this product. I dunk this stuff all over my hair, It’s impossible for me to overuse it, just like I like. I also do not use leave-ins with silicone, as those can build up and make my hair dry in the long run. After several years of using it I took a break from it to use the Aphogee keratin green tea leave in, which I also recommend. The entire line of products is excellent and a very good value for people who chemically process or blow dry their hair. The smell is neutral, especially once the hair is dry. This is a quality product with integrity that will help your hair maintain its health. I bought a smaller spray version and refill it using the big version, but for many years I poured it straight from the bottle onto the length of my hair, moving my hair and the bottle around the get good coverage. It’s not going to work super well to go from your hands to your hair if you have long hair. The only time I apply it from my hands is if I only need a little bit for finessing. This also combines well with other leave ins in the event you want to double protect and add that creamy leave-in on top.
