First the negative: there’s a ton of grammatical errors and some poorly constructed sentences. It makes for awkward reading sometimes. But it’s nothing a good editor couldn’t fix.Now the positives! It’s a wonderfully thorough guide, with in-game photos, official artwork, lots of both basic and advanced tips, and excellent coloring. This reminds me of the pre-BradyGames and Prima days. You can tell the author/s really cared about the game and the material. I hope Alpha Strategy Games continues making guides! I miss the days of flipping through a book all about the current game I’m playing. Five stars!

I guess some people were upset with the quality of the first couple generations of this guide. This version 3 is fully in color. I've only skimmed through it briefly. I can't attest as to how accurate or throughly it's written.

A lack of maps stops this guide from getting 4 or 5 stars plus the fact that sometimes the directions/ walk thoughs are a bit hard to follow. As an overall guide it works well enough. But, this is a small book. Not like the larger gaming guides you are probably familiar with and accustomed to.

not a big book to handle, easy presented and fun to play on

This guide is in color and in order. It is informative and detailed. I am especially enjoying the areas to mark my findings off and the included map.

So this will get the job done, but the strategy guide seems lazy not really step by step. Also seems to have more words than pictures to support what you are supposed to do. I bought this for my son so he would be able to learn more how to read and follow instructions. I find myself just being the strategy guide based of of my memory from old Black & white Gameboy!

How is this a “guide” to anything? NOT ONE SINGLE DUNGEON MAP!! Read, read, read…paragraph after paragraph “describing” what to do. Better off watching a YouTube video for FREE!! This book is crap with words and little screenshots of the game. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! And FFS, to the maker, put some damn maps on your so-called guide!! Garbage.

Bought it for my Nintendo mad 6 year old son for his birthday. He found it very helpful, apparently it was very easy to read and follow and he thought it looked really, really nice. Thanks!
