Works a treat! I'm so anxious to eat lactose so don't use them regularly but will on special occasions!

Super happy with this and wish I tried these supplements years ago.First time I tried it I had absolutely no issues after eating a yogurt.I would only say - I don't take the 3 tabs. 1.5 or 2 tabs is enough to prevent symptoms for me and will help the supply last longer.

Have avoided lactose for years as the dietary effects as those reviewing this product will know- aren’t desirable and can have a huge impact on life.Someone mentioned these to me (I didn’t even know they existed!) and honestly - WOW!!! Life has completely changed!I keep both this big pot, and also a little supply of the smaller packs that have the tablets individually wrapped as they’re much easier to keep one or two in a handbag for unexpected little dairy treats :-)This larger pack size tho is very economical when comparing cost per tablet- and my husband takes them too as he suffers with IBD and they really help his also.Overall- our household is much much happier having recently discovered these amazing supplements! Why have the doctors never advised us of them before?? Even our Gastri consultants 🙄 so frustrating!!

These seem to work fairly well. I wouldn’t say they completely remove the issues of eating dairy, but they certainly help. It should be noted that you are advised to take 3 tablets a time so you actually have to take a lot to get the benefits

This stuff is fantastic! I am lactose intolerant and yet with these tablets I can tolerate some dairy. I personally still won't eat too much dairy out of fear but I have lactose intolerant family members who after a couple of tablets can happily have an entire milkshake.I have tried other, cheaper, brands but none have been as good.I will say that although when I use Lactaid I never have any pain I do still get occasional bloating if I have a lot of dairy produce. Personally I can deal with that! I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who is fed up of not being able to enjoy meals out at restaurants or fancy the odd small ice cream at the beach

These tablets are just what my husband needs whenever he fancys anything with dairy in he takes half a pill immediately before .If he wants a lot of dairy he takes a whole pillThere is no flavour and easy to swallowWould recommend to anyone who is lactose intolerant.... just to enjoy a little dairy now and again
