It is as I expected and it doesn’t the job.

Very easy to use and convenient to carry in handbag instead of a bottle.

I do not want to be messing around with a spoon and bottle when I am woken by occasional heartburn in the middle of the night! So these sachets are perfect. I keep them in the bedside drawer and if heartburn wakes me I don't even need to turn the light on. Just tear the top off and you're done, minimal sleep disruption.

This is a medicine which could have contraindications and severe consequences if used incorrectly. The packaging, as well as the instruction leaflet inside, are in only two completely obscure languages. One, I believe could be Romanian, the other I have no idea. One can only guess at the dosage to use and frequency. I believe there could be a serious health and safety implication in supplying a MEDICINE in this packaging.

Wow - expensive Buy a bottle from your local pharmacy for a third of the price. I know we pay for convenience - but come on....!
