Even as a newborn my son has proven to be a super pee-er, so these were great to add to his prefolds and fitteds to give him more than 30 minutes per diaper!

I prefer bamboo over microfiber and these 3 layer bamboo is actually bamboo and not microfiber mixed in with it. Which means Better absorption and no leak compression. Which is perfect for newborns and the heavy wetters. I highly recommend. I normally use two inserts per cloth diaper. To get the Max absorption. So depending on how many you are needing. I recommend using two inserts per cloth diaper. Unless you can get away with 1 insert

I have been using Alva baby products with my baby this whole time but I only had the 5 layer bamboo microfiber blend inserts. They work great as well but she was needing more and doubling up those in the diaper was giving her alot of junk in the trunk lol. Once I added one of these to boost here initially insert it has been so much better and honestly it works way better than two of the 5 layer pads. This also was the thing that finally made it so she was not waking up soaked through in the mornings after sleeping all night. I have had these for about a month now and they are still holding together and working great! 10/10 would definitely recommend

So I bought these without realizing they were newborn inserts, but they work as boosters for my 11 month old! They keep his pockets a little bit smaller, and I use them at night with his fitted/cover and we never have leaks

I was hoping for some natural material inserts for my newborn diapers. Unfortunately these do not hold their shape and bunch up in the diaper rendering them basically useless.

These are not the size of a regular insert-these would be considered a booster, or could possibly be used for newborns.I use bamboo prefolds with my baby and put one of these boosters inside the folded wings and then just use a cloth liner on the top. We get 3-4 hours with just one diaper with this set up. I think these make a great, trim way to boost up the absorbency of our diapers by a few hours. I don’t use them at night time because they’re not designed to be used for that level of absorbency, but they work great for us if we’re going to be in the car for a couple of hours.I think the price is very cost-effective and if I needed more (I don’t because i got the 12 pack) I would absolutely buy another set.

We've been cloth diapering for a year so we definitely don't have a newborn, but these work great as a booster if you need just a little bit more absorbancy. My 1 year old recently upped his water intake so we needed a little extra and these were just enough.They're just like the regular alva bamboo inserts, just a tad shorter and about half as wide.
