The Multi vitamin and Mineral Tablets measure 9mm in Diameter.

Q: Why are there so few minerals in this product? no selenium, no chromium, no potassium, sodium, magnesium, copper, phosphorous, manganese...

If they had everything they would be too large to swallow. I think there is a lot in here for the size, which is why I prefer them, but if you need other minerals you should probably look at more specialist suppliments

Q: How many magnesium is in each tablet?

This product does not contain any magnesium. Magnesium, due to it's formulation usually only has approximately 30% of 'active' magnesium per 100% of powder, depending on the type of magnesium used. If we were to add magnesium to these tablets they would be huge, as to achieve 100% NRV , we would have to increase the tablet size by about 1.25 grams. We do offer a Magnesium Citrate capsule in our range which is easier to swallow.

Q: Does this contain vitamin k please

Not according to the list of ingredients. As unpalatable as it sounds try eating green vegetables; good source of vitamin K.
