I find useful to protect against infections in winter and keep general zippiness in health, the little extras bit and copper are nice to haves readable sized tablet for swallowing usual lindens resealable pack repeat customer - still breathing ;)

1 cm diameter, 4-5 mm thick, white round pills, worth every penny, one bag of 360 pills will last about 18 - 20month, must have, big thank you, highly satisfied . Those who work out know it's a must

Post chemo and stem cell transplant. These didn't work for me but that is not to say that they won't work for whatever you decide to use them for. We are all different and our bodies will react differently to each stimuli. These particular tablets actually had the effect of making me extremely anxious and agitated so I stopped taking them immediately. I am still waiting patiently for my taste buds to return and when they do I will be very pleased to see them. So I will forgive them for taking their little sojourn. Good Luck

This is now part of my staple vitamins. The reason I like this Max version is because of the mix of vitamins such as copper. However, the recent price hike on Amazon means I've sourced at least 4 packs elsewhere for friends and family. Still well

Tablets just a trifle large makes swallowing difficult
