Absolute junk.no warrantee or customer support.
Warranty is meaningless no support from global distributors or Amazon . Condenser unit was dead out of the box I have had it looked at by 2 HVAC techs it will cost more to repair than a new unit.Do not buy Aurus mini split. Its a door stop.

Units are great, Wifi app doesn’t connect to units.
I have had 2 of these installed in the last month and a half. They are great here in south central Texas where the weather has changed from winter to summer almost daily. But the biggest problem I have with these units is their wifi. I have not be able to connect to the app “AC Freedom” on either of my Aurus mini splits. It fails every time. Hopefully the app developer will fix the bug.
