0 stars False Advertising & No Warranty Support – Avoid This ProductI bought this case thinking it would protect my brand-new iphone, as it was advertised as military-grade drop-proof and waterproof. Just four days after using it, I dropped my phone from pocket height and the back completely smashed. Clearly, this product does not do what it claims.What’s worse is the lack of support from both the seller and Amazon. The product listing states there’s a warranty, but despite multiple attempts, Amazon refuses to send me the warranty form and keeps telling me to contact the third-party seller, who hasn’t responded. I’ve wasted time in long chats only to be passed around with no resolution.This product is faulty, misleading, and poorly supported, and Amazon has not taken responsibility for selling it on their platform. I trusted the listing and Amazon’s platform, and now I’m left with a damaged phone and no help. Extremely disappointed.

We have bought many ‘waterproof’ cases over the years promising that they are waterproof, you can use your phone in the water, that inside the case doesn’t steam up but none have. However, this definitely does what it says. We have just returned from Iceland and used this case in The Blue Lagoon and in the sea and it works. No condensation, easy to take photos and make calls. Some reviews say that the sound doesn’t work, we haven’t experienced that. Case is well made, easy to fit and has a little tool to unlock case. Would definitely recommend

Excellent products and delivery in time.

This phone case was definitely worth the money. It’s extremely easy to fit the phone inside, and even comes with some screen wipes to ensure the screen was nice and dirt free. I am also fully confident that this case is waterproof, just as advertised. I work as a moped delivery driver and use the sat nav on my phone whilst working, so have had my phone mounted to the handlebars of the moped in some pretty horrific rain, for long periods of time and have never had even the slightest reason to check it for leaks. The case is very solid and build from good material, not at all flimsy or cheap. If I had a bad point, it would be to back up what some people have said in other reviews - if you play music through the phone, it does make the case vibrate quite a bit with the base sound of the music, however, the reason for this is obviously that the case is essentially water tight and when the little speakers in the phone vibrate with the music, the air vibrations have nowhere to escape, hence the case vibration, I have found though, that opening the little tab on the bottom of the case that allows the charger to be plugged in overcomes this issue and if you do this, the music sounds fine. I would definitely recommend this phone case.

It was good when I first used it but after taking it on and off a couple of times water started getting into the case. Also you need to have your camera open before you get into the water and you just need to leave it on for the duration of your swim/dive because you won’t be able to touch the screen after. Water would get in and make the screen untouchable and then eventually water would form on the camera so I’d have to take it out and dry it. Definitely worth its price - would invest in a more expensive one if you want assurance that your phone won’t get wet.
