I've been using these to put logs and 'coal' on to a dual fuel fire and after a couple of months of use, I'm really pleased with their performance - well worth it. They don't feel overly large when I'm putting logs on and you've got plenty of movement in the fingers to pickup smaller bits of wood.My last pair of gloves were a couple of years old before they went but these do feel better quality.

Excellent gloves, certainly keeps the hot at bay.

The gloves are a good size for both myself and my wife (glove sizes 6-9). Good wrist protection when putting items deep into cooker/aga.For extremely hot items coming out of the oven it is necessary to release things fairly quickly as extreme heat does get through the gloves. All in all though excellent to use.

Didn't quite meet my expectation but the are not to bad not to thick so you can feel what you pickup but they do let in a bit of heat! hence 3 stars.
