$11 was a steep price for such a tiny vial….Was advertised as intense , which it was; however, it soon had very little smell….Can’t return….

I love this. It’s a very unique scent, but I really love myrrh and tonka together. It’s very earthy and spicy, but settles in nicely to a warm, rich scent for me.

I purchased a sample and immediately had mixed emotions with this scent. Do not blind-buy this! Especially if you're just being exploratory. I would only purchase a larger version of this if you know these specific notes / ingredients. Alone, I have determined that I don't like it much. I have learned that if I don't wear scents at work, that I tend to not like them. Work is my litmus test, so-to-speak. However, this scent combines nicely with oud-based scents and wood-based scents. I have combined with three other scents - and that's where the 'magic' is for me, per se. I have combined with Initio, Oud For Greatness, Lataffas's Oud For Glory and Bentley's [For men] Intense. Those combinations I certainly have work to work - and have been complimented or questioned! This Jo Malone makes those scents come alive with well-rounded notes and a more-forward powder scent. If you want to be less polarizing and more complimented: I suggest you use this Jo Malone London Myrrh and Tonka Intense as an additive.
