Bought it for my blind dog to play with but he didn't show much interest in it so gave it to my mom's cat who seems to enjoy it when HE feels like playing with it :)

My cat never really liked this. When it flaps it's wings, it tends to roll over onto it's back. Once he pulled all the tail feathers off, he completely lost interest. At $21, too expensive for what little it does.Very annoying sound, too.
