Rosewood Soft Protection Slicker Brush Dogs, Medium

My dogs love being brushed with this great brush. I thought that being a wire brush would hurt them but no, they enjoy it. The brush removes all the dead hair and it's easy to clean the hair from it. The dogs feel so soft after being groomed with the brush. It would not go through a very long haired dog due to the hook end on the teeth.

The older cat (19 human years old - a normal short-haired moggie) has a mat of hair and although we try to groom her every day, it doesn't always work. Basically, there's so much hair that it doesn't do any good, so whenever I can I sit and pluck her like a goose. She doesn't like it, as you can imagine. We went looking for technology. This brush came up. It works wonders. It gently pulls out the hairs closest to the surface that aren't attached, and once they are out, it starts pulling out the next layer. That old fat cat is now an old slim cat (after about 7 days of gentle grooming) and comes over when we have the brush in hand, to get groomed. The effect on the young cat is amazing (3 year old short-haired moggie - rescue). She queues up immediately she hears the old cat purring from being brushed, and mews and complains which is why i'm buying a second brush for her. When we turn the brush on her, she flattens herself on the floor, first rolling on one side to get scraped, then the other. She loves the gentle scratching, and it saves her getting fur balls (pulls out plenty from her coat too). Would definitely recommend to anyone with cats - get them one each!

This brush is great for our cockerpoo and removing any shedding in her fur. It’s a bit tricky to clean and get the fur out of it - we might try one of the brushes that self clean by ejecting the fur from the bristles. But overall, this brush is well made, comfy to use, gentle on the pooch and gets the job done!!

We have a young Cocker who, literally, likes going through hedges backwards and comes back out with all kinds of vegetation attached, particularly burrs, hooked grass seeds and sticky leaves. This brush gets it all off without causing her any distress , although we do do get side eye and sulks for an hour afterwards... I would recommend this and the matching comb which I use to finish off her head and ears. Really good products at a good price.

Rosewood soft protection salon slicker brush is one of my fevarite grooming tools when I sat with my dog. The privious slicker brush, the pins was very hard and may scratch the delicate skin of my four legged fedo. She not at all liking to be groom earlier. She ran when I brough out earlier . Not this slicker pins are quite soft and flexible and does not irritate human skin too. Its handle has a ergonomic design and easy to grip and oparate and less chance to slip. Now grooming job became more easy. Complete satisfy.
