I got these as had been reading up on the many health effects of dandelion and burdock, especially it’s efficiency in reducing bloating and water retention. I’ve only taken for about a week (started with just one a day and now two) and do think it’s helping, I’ve noticed slightly less puffiness in my face and hoping it carries on. The ingredients are good - nice and simple, just dandelion and burdock. The tablets are small and easy to swallow with no nasty after taste and they come in a sealed bag which I much prefer and it takes less space in my cupboards. Compared with other providers I’d say they’re good value for money and will get more once this packet runs out.

I know that Dandelion is good for the liver to cleanse it and aid its' function, so i take these for that purpose,especially as they are GMO free and without unecessary additives.

Looking in old herbal books it’ll be seen that dandelion and burdock are potent herbs long known for their health promoting and internal purifying properties so it’s great to see both included here in modern supplement form for easy taking, especially in a decent strength of 900 mg of each.Apart from the capsules themselves, the only ingredients used are dandelion and burdock, so there’s no fillers or binders or anything like that, which is a major plus for me, as while I appreciate the core ingredients of many supplements I’m a little bit dubious of what else might be in them. Purity wins for me every time and I’ll always opt for that first.Where I live there’s always a proliferation of dandelions around May to June, and although I’ve been tempted to collect some to make herbal teas from, I’ve been wary in case they’re been sprayed. As such, I opt for pre-bought teas instead, but I don’t always want to sit down for a tea or haven’t got the time to so appreciate the quick convenience of these supplements.These come in a packet instead of a bottle, of which tends to fit better into bulging cupboards.Country of origin is the UK, and the product carries the usual GMP quality assurance. Ingredients aren’t genetically modified either.There’s 60 capsules, so at one per day there’s two month’s supply. However, the packet recommendation is for one to two daily, so with two that’s obviously a month’s supply. For me, one a day is fine as I’m taking other supplements too. Capsules can also be taken by themselves with only a glass of water so no need to necessarily be taking them with a meal.I’ve noticed that they have slight diuretic properties, but other than that I’m sure they’re quietly working in the background to maintain optimal health, and that’s good enough for me. Like sea kelp and bee propolis it’s a supplement I’m sure I’ll be regularly taking in select intervals throughout the year as safe regulars I know and trust. Even before trying this I was sold on the benefits of dandelion so this product is an all-round positive for me.

Having taken the capsules as directed, I can't really say that I felt any better or worse when they ran out.

As with any vitamin / supplement, it takes regular and continued use to see / feel any impact or effect. These are a medium sized capsule which is easy to swallow with plenty of water. No bitter aftertaste, and easy to digest.

The capsules are easy to swallow with water with no strong taste to them.The capsules gave great quality ingredients.There has been no bad side effects since taking these.The capsules come in a resealable pouch for easy storage.The daily dose is 1 or 2 capsules so for up to 2 months supply it is a reasonable price.

Traditional herbs known for centuries for their possible good health benefits.Knowing these were simply 100% herbs in a capsule and no fillers, I use them as a tea.I separate the capsule in hot water and let it sort of dissolve and infuse then drink.Being simplistic in the formulation I’m hoping they’re doing my body good.Knowing it’s a UK based manufacturer helps in assurance of following good practices.
