Good support from seller
The remote I purchased stopped working in 2 months. When I contacted Amazon support, they told me that the product comes with only a 7-day warranty, so they asked me to contact the seller for further support. I contacted 7Seven. They confirmed the 7-day warranty policy, but since I contacted them directly, they were kind enough to courier me a new remote at no extra cost. It was so professional and considerate. I thank the seller for the same.
