I've been using this product (Double Woods Mullein Leaf Extract) for several weeks (1 dropper, 1x per day) for a nagging cough I've had for a long time. I haven't yet noticed a difference but I know that sometimes natural remedies take a while to become effective. I only gave a 3-star rating because the taste is very sweet. I've read that mullein has a slightly sweet flavor but this is more than slight...it feels as if I'm taking a dropper of full strength stevia or almost a simple syrup. The taste does have an herby vibe but the sweetness is overpowering. There's nothing on the packaging that states it's been distilled with any sweeteners but it is very sweet. I'll continue to use it until it's gone and hopefully it'll provide the relief that I need. The value for the money is great.
