It works I suppose for what's it's intended, but I found the huff cough technique works as effective.

If you happen to be a deep sea diver or you want to breathe deeper so you have a better night sleep I recommend this unit I bought one because I have so much congestion in my lungs at times that and it cleaned it up right away it's a deep breathing exerciser it's perfect if you're deep sea diver then learn to Deep deeper a deeper use of your lungs comes with an exercise you can do exercises with it it helps to open up the capacities of your lungs so that you can breathe longer and get rid of phlegm as well I would recommend it good quality little product

Just used it once but I think it is going to help a lot. I have COPD and a lot of thick phlegm to go with it. I felt relief after using this one time. I think it is a wonderful product and highly recommend it.
