This clock is mesmerisingly beautiful. I’m a huge cuckoo clock fan and I have purchased many before. This particular one was meant as a gift to my mother. This is the most beautiful and magical gift you can give someone. The cuckoo comes out of its little house, flapping his little wings and singing the most natural cuckoo song. The wood is a beautiful colour and of excellent quality. Quite orangey, but utterly beautiful and natural. The bird at the top is made of thick and well carved wood. Beware of the gimmicky versions available which are entirely MDF. Those are horrible! The cuckoo has a sensor so it doesn’t sing in the night, allowing everyone in the house of hold to sleep peacefully. I have however personally removed the sensor of my cuckoo as I love to hear it go in the middle in the night. One thing that my mother said she wished existed was a volume knob, so she could control the loudness of the cuckoo. It’s not extremely loud, but this is something she said could be nice to have. In the side of the cuckoo there is a little hole (this is the sound hole) but by looking at it it looks as if it’s the little bird’s house door. So cute. You also have the option of turning music on when the cuckoo is singing. I particularly do not like the songs as they sound a little annoying, so we have this option turned off. So we have no music, just the cuckoo singing on the dot of each hour - and it’s enchanting! If you are looking to treat yourself or someone else to a unique gift, this cuckoo is the present to choose. My brother also bought one for himself and my best friend is in the process of buying one for her. We love it!

Well made cuckoo clock. Light activated so doesn’t wake you up at night. Bit of an echo to cuckoo sound. Grandkids love it

Absolutely love this clock. Wanted a cucko clock for years. Only thing I didn’t realise was it played music. Can turn the music off and just have the cuckoo noise.

Poorly made. You get what you pay for. If you buy cheap you buy rubbish. Cuckoo worked. Melody's worked. The clock itself didn't.

Die Uhr tut was sie soll und ist wie beschrieben. Sie macht einen sehr guten qualitativen Eindruck. Ich bin total zufrieden.

Gire el minutero en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta que marque las 12:30 en punto. Abra la tapa posterior e inserte 3 baterías R14 en el soporte de la batería. Preste atención a + y -. El reloj tiene un apagado nocturno automático, que es controlado por un sensor de luz. En el lado izquierdo del reloj, encontrará 3 interruptores: 1. PULSAR: Al presionar el botón Empujar, puede mover la llamada del cuco una hora. 2. MUSIC ON: si se activa esta posición, escuchará una melodía después de la llamada del cuco. 3. MUSIC OFF: si está el interruptor en esta posición, solo escuchará la llamada de cuco. 4. OFF: la llamada de cuco y el sonido de la música no están activos. Las baterías deben cambiarse si la puerta del pájaro ya no se abre o cierra o si el reloj o el sonido de la música son lentos.

Tout fonctionne parfaitement, sauf les aiguilles qui ne tournent pas, il faut les faire tourner à la main. Je suis déçu, il est super, c'est probablement un défaut d'usine. Je l'ai renvoyé et j'en ai recommandé un autre directement, merci pour la réactivité, Amazon ! Je viens de recevoir le second qui fonctionne parfaitement, c'est vraiment un beau modèle !

ISTRUZIONI PER SINCRONIZZARE IL CUCU': 1. posizionare le lancette manualmente alle ore 12:30 2. inserire 3 batterie tipo C ( non incluse) 3. regolare l'orologio manualmente fino all'ora in cui siete (il cucù uscirà, ma non badateci) 4. impostare i tasti laterali: - music on- oltre al verso del cucù vengono riprodotte delle musiche. -music off- esce il cucù ed emette il suo verso senza musiche. -off- si disattiva l'uscita ed il verso del cucù, funzionano solo orologio e pendolo. -push- serve per il cambio dell'ora solare. (consiglio di ignorarlo) L'orologio ha un sensore crepuscolare che disattiva i suoni del cucù in assenza di luce (non disturba dalla sera alla mattina). Comprato per aver un orologio a cucù moderno, in stile retrò. Questo articolo è consigliato per chi non vuol impegnare una somma importante per i classici orologi a cucù con funzionamento a molla da 1-8 giorni con contrappesi in ghisa. All'inizio ero scettico, ma le decorazioni sono in legno mordentato e laccato con vernice satinata. La casetta è in compensato colorato e contiene l'alloggiamento per le tre batterie tipo C, il meccanismo dell'orologio con pendolo e cucù (in plastica dura). La ditta è la "Eble Uhren Park" di Triberg (foresta nera) ed i kit di ricambio sono eventualmente disponibili. Io lo posseggo da 1 anno e scandisce le ore come il primo giorno, non richiede manutenzione (pile ogni 5-6 mesi). Io ho nobilitato alcuni particolari: -ganci pigne in plastica sostituiti con ganci in ottone fai da te -anelli plastica sostituiti con quelli in ottone (ferramenta) -pigne riempite di riso, per dare consistenza ai pesi. -devo verniciare in similegno acrilico lo sportello del cucù.
