It suits my basic purpose
It’s fast, has good size print /icon settings for visibility and isn’t glitchy (yet). Seems to run well so far.Cons: battery drains so fast!, forced to run Edge, doesn’t have the ability to change screen saver except within allowed provided images, doesn’t allow for a menu bar on homepage of internet and doesn’t allow you to edit the homepage. A little more ability to customize would be preferable. Not sure if I would have purchased knowing all of this now.Although, it does allow certain changes it threatens that you will be irreversibly losing the current settings/system but it does so in computer speak. If you are a computer whiz, it won’t be a problem for workarounds. I’m just not super savvy with technology.

Laptop computer (rebuilt)
Bought this for my son.It is an awesome computer, he loves it!We were concerned about it being remanufactured, but this computer looks and works exactly like new.Very pleased at quality of product and happy to make the right choice to save money by getting the remanufactured one!!We Saved hundreds of dollars!We are perfectly fine that it was not brand new, it looks and performs perfectly.

Didn't last 3 months with limited use
After having this computer for less than 3 months and using it in a limited capacity, it would not power on. Since it was under factory warranty for 1 year, I was able to take it to a Best Buy location where they informed me that the motherboard was out (which basically is the computer). They sent it out to be repaired which will take 3 to 5 weeks. Update: Computer was not repairable and company charged a $215 restocking fee when this computer was returned. Refused to issue a full refund. How do you restock a computer that is not repairable? I was not informed of this fee before returning the computer. I want to appeal the partial refund and I want the A-Z full refund.

Does the job, but bluetooth connection is spotty
Bought this computer for Hubs, it does the job, but bluetooth is really spotty and it lags a bit. Still, decent for the price.

Good shape almost new. Clean and had new Windows install like a factory item. Will see how long it lasts. Will update if any issues.
