OMG!!! Don’t tell your wife or grandmama you bought this! Lol! This stuff is AMAZING!!! We mixed it up and used it with chicken strips in the air fryer, UNBELIEVABLE!! Perfect crunch and favor. I was skeptical when I bought it, but I have been looking for a solid mix for a while, this is IT!!!! The shrimp were awesome too… I am going to try some broccoli, cauliflower, and catfish fillets this weekend… I will say this too, it was easy to mix, simple straight forward instructions, and easy clean up too! I like the resealable bag it comes in, that was a plus also! Hope this helps y’all.. but I’m hooked! I should have posted some of the cooked food, but it went too quick…

I found this very easy to work with to apply to the food before cooking. And a little bit goes a long way since it is so finely sifted. But the taste, it really has almost no taste. Texture, yes. Gets food crispy coating on outside, yes. But no real taste that was enough to stir my taste buds. I'm no food critic, but I'll go back to my shake and bake that has a taste I enjoy and can actually taste.

Perfect mix once you figure out what the instructions say to do. It’s all in the Korean language.

I Purchased some flavor crispy chicken breading back in the day. My parents had grocery stores which we served flavor crispy chicken out of the deli. It was a very good breading back in the day. I was able to get online and find it was able to purchase some and it is fantastic thank you for the memories and I will keep purchasing this fine product.

I was looking for a coating similar to House Autry that had a finer texture than breadcrumbs and bought this . I tried it with shrimp, which I first sautéed and then baked. It tasted SO salty and the texture was not crispy at all. I’m going back to breadcrumbs next time.

I was looking for a replacement for McCormick Golden Dipt Fry Easy and this is not it.

I had gotten away from using breading and batter coating, but a friend gave me Flavor-Crisp - and it was great. I have used it in my air fryer, my cast-iron skillet, and my regular oven. It's a versatile product with just the right flavor and crunch. I can even use the coating after a variety of marinades for my meats and vegetables. I love that it is reseals easily and is easy to spot in my pantry.I am looking forward to Lent, when I can use it on fish. I just got a new Combi-Wave 3-in-1 air fryer/convection oven/microwave and am experimenting even more.
