If you're like me and you've been advised to take Glucosamine tablets for early on-set joint pain/arthritis, then this gel is better! I already take other supplements and didn't want to add yet another tablet, and I came across this - OMG! I'm not going to lie - because it's a gel it is a little "sticky" but I put body lotion over it and it quickly fades. And the pain? Well, as long as I use this daily - and for my routine it's once per day in an evening after my nightly shower and then getting into bed - then the pain is just . . . gone. I don't claim it's going to get rid of all your aches and pains, but if you've never used it before, then I suggest you try it - see for yourself. Is it a little pricey?
