In my image I wrote with the included chalk on the top ("Blue", "Red", "Yellow", "White") and along the bottom I doodled with some chalk pens I have. Both wiped off with a damp microfiber cloth in one swipe. Pros: - Grid on the back makes cutting to size easy - Easy to smooth bubbles out - Wipes clean with one swipe of a damp rag - Chalk and chalk pens stand out quite well Cons - very thin, so any bumps on the surface you stick it to will be noticeable when you write This could be good or bad depending on your purpose for it: It doesn't have a super strong adhesive, but is strong enough to stay up on a smooth surface (fridge, window, etc) until you cleanly peel it off, zero residue left behind. However, if you're looking for something more permanent, I'd suggest using a spray adhesive on the back to get it to stick a little extra. **UPDATE** on a whim I tried to use this to line a few of my spice rack shelves and it worked amazingly well! It'll be easy to clean and replace when necessary too! Fun additional use!

The vinyl chalkboard came next day so the shipping was super fast. It came in a roll which was very easy to un roll and hang. I did cut it down to the size I wanted but that left me with a lot left over in case I needed extra later. Hanging it was very simple, I started at the top and using a small plastic ruler ran it along the vinyl to press the bubbles out. I did go back and use sticky photo tabs in the corner for extra hold but other than that it stuck very well. It cleans easily with a dry towel. I was impressed. I would recommend this product. It’s great for small kids.

First I will say that there is a bit of a learning curve but it's not too bad. Other than that it's easy to apply it does come off and restick, but only a certain amount of times so I tried this and I would say it's safe to say you could take it off and reapply it maybe one to two times at the max. It is a chalkboard I'm not sure about the liquid paint chalk markers if they work on it or not. I do know that it's school chalk works on it and sidewalk chalk works on it pretty well. Easy to erase it comes clean it doesn't smear it has a gride on the back so you know exactly where you're cutting and your measurements are accurate. My little girl loves it. I originally purchased the adhesive chalkboard to put on top of a chalkboard itself from a play toy that she has from Melissa and Doug, it's just an old chalkboard that's worn out it doesn't write very good, it stains, it smears it's just not the best. I bought this to just cover over the old chalkboard and it has worked fabulous for us. For that project I did have to cut two pieces of paper to get the whole board covered because it's not wide enough to cover it with just one sheet. I had a little difficulty applying it to the chalkboard at first because I just needed to brush up on reapplying adhesive wallpaper. It has a few bumps in it but it's fine she still writes on it every day for the bumbs don't really affect too much while she's writing. I'll change it when I change it and hopefully next time when I change it I will not have those bumps again. I also put some in her room on the wall and I did not have any of those bumps whatsoever so it was just a user error on my end the first time.

I got this for the purpose of communicating with my roommates, and it's already been great! Easy to install, and the best part is probably that it doesn't have that typical chalkboard feel. I wanted something that would be cute and classy for our house, but can't stand typical chalkboard. This gives the aesthetic appeal of a chalkboard but lets me use it without cringing every time. The best part is the colored chalks that come with the chalkboard, which allows for color-coding, planning, and a variety of other organizational convenience without having to go and make another purchase. The adhesive seems to be working fairly well, and after putting it up I peeled the corner back to see if it would re-stick and to see if it would mess up the wall. So far it does re-stick and it didn’t damage the wall! It seems to be a very good size considering how cheap it was. It should be noted that it gets a little streaky when erasing it dry, but not so much so that you can’t see what your new writing looks like. We have started keeping a cloth and spray bottle nearby to help. Overall, a great product! I love it, and will be using it for a good while!

When I seen how big this was, I was questioning on if I could cut it into the size that I need to. But when it came and I seen that there's a peel off back and lines to help you guide you for a straight cut. I was happy. And I seen that I actually came with chalk which made it even better cuz I ended up going to get chalk for it. But now I can use the chalk that I already bought for outside and use the chalk that came with it to let the kids use to write on it. I am in love with this product so far. It's most likely going to go into my kids rooms.

I purchased this Chalkboard Contact Paper Roll - Black Vinyl Wall Decal Removable Sticker Poster. It works great for keeping notes around the house, especially with crafts and diy projects, and also keeping the toddlers occupied when they come visit. It sticks very well to the wall and very durable with the chalk writing. Overall this is a very good product. Great affordability too! I recommend this!

Chalk came broken. 😞 But over all easy to use. Fun for the kids to use. It’s pretty thin but not bad at all.
