I give the chair with the backrest 2 stars. Chair without the backrest 5 stars. I was not able to review separate. I have used these chairs for a few months. I am a dental hygienist. I looked at a lot of reviews looking for other medical professionals that have used these products, not a lot available for reviews. I prefer the no backrest saddle chair over the saddle stool chair with the backrest. The no backrest saddle chair’s pad is more comfortable and not as hard on the tail bone as the saddle stool with the backrest. The backrest stool is very firm and has very little padding. Makes my reared soar at end of the day. This chair with no backrest is designed wider, with a more gradual curve between the legs, the seams are more flush with the chair but protrude a little bit, the saddle horn area is smaller and has less curve for more comfort. The chair with the backrest the seams dig into my legs and feel as if I am sitting on a ledge at the end of 9hour shift. Both chairs I find I am forced to sit straight and hold my posture better. Both are very stable, however you have to hold the chair when sitting down or standing up to prevent it rolling away. The casters are very smooth rolling on the floors and the height will adjust easily. It was very easy to put together and looks like an expensive chair around the other medical equipment. It is easy to disinfect and has not faded with the cavi wipes yet. I highly recommend the chair without the backrest, as it does not hurt my legs or rear end the way the saddle stool chair with the backrest does. I wish I had two of the no backrest chair and not the one with the backrest because this chair is easier to be comfortable sitting on for 9 hours a day. Also, when practicing I am able to navigate around the patients easier and able to get closer without intruding on their bubble or needing to slide my legs under the patient chair. Keeping my hips better aligned for posture. Highly recommended. I was surprised to find the saddle stool with the backrest has a different saddle design. See pictures. I am 5’3” and female, the Dr tried to sit on it that was 6’ and was very uncomfortable. The other Dr 5’8” smaller body build was uncomfortable as well. Seemed the chairs are both too small for the men I work with. The backrest is removable on the chair however it was the design of the hardness's and sharper curvature that made the chair with backrest uncomfortable after a long day.

As soon as I put it together and sat on it at my work-at-home desk, I immediately thought I would love it. I always slouch in my regular office chair causing a tight low back, tight shoulders, and tight neck. The saddle chair corrects your posture from your butt up to your neck. The seat padding is comfortable. The shape of the seat pan is perfect for me (I'm average-sized 5'7" woman). The rubber casters are high quality. When you get it out of the box, the backrest is set all the way forward leaving no room to sit, so you must adjust the backrest even get in it. To adjust the backrest, you must pull up the lock lever, adjust the backrest forward or back to your liking, then push down the lock lever. Update: after a few days of using this chair, I realize that I can only sit in it for a couple hours at a time before my sit bones need a break. I want to sit in it all day because it does align your posture, but my butt just can't handle a full workday in it. I'm going to look into kneeling chairs.

For the past six months or so I've been dealing with chronic inflammation of my SI join, and so I bought this Antlu saddle stool in hopes that it would help ease the discomfort from sitting for long periods. Being an artist, I'm constantly at the table working, and the saddle-like design of this chair, in theory, seemed to have been just what I was looking for. While the chair appears to be well made and sturdy, it is however very uncomfortable to sit in for longer periods. While it does help ease pressure on your back and spine, it instead places it entirely upon your sit bones, and as a result actually winds up aggravating my inflamed joint. The seat does have ample cushioning, but the faux leather covering material is very stiff with little give. Too me it's like a bicycle saddle, albeit wider, and having put thousands upon thousands of miles cycling over the years, I can attest to how uncomfortable those things get after a while. I was thinking that there might be a bit of a break-in period as with a new pair of boots, but after a few days of regular use I'm finding that it's just doing more harm than good. Another problem with it is that your backside is going to sweat. I'm in the basement, during the winter months, and it's rather cold down here, but when I got up to stretch after about an hour last night I found my boxers damp from perspiration. While some may find this saddle stool suitable for their needs, it was a fail for me, despite how much I wanted it to work. If Antlu had made this chair with memory foam and a fabric cover, I think I'd have loved it.

Chose this one because another review said it was the only one they've tried that was actually comfortable, not hard as a rock. I love this stool! The back is comfy to lean back on. Wheels are super smooth and glide like a dream. Since my pubic bone wasn't used to a saddle from a bike or anything else, I put this stool in my kitchen and whenever I would normally be standing around talking in my kitchen, I sat on it and rolled around getting accustomed to bearing weight like that. Worked great and never sore.

Purchased this stool for my wife who's a professional hair stylist and she absolutely loves it! From the very comfortable cushion to the easy height adjustment right down to the easy gliding and quiet wheels she raves about it! While there was a slight issue, a quick message to Zuoing Furniture got an immediate response from Ella who was able to make things right in short order! Sono un barbiere e purtroppo dopo 20 anni di lavoro inizio ad avere maldischiena, maldigambe.... Avevo comprato 1 anno fa uno sgabello con la seduta a cuscino dritta, ma sono addirittura peggiorata. Mi sono convinta a fare questo investimento e devo dire che questo sgabello è OTTIMO:le ruote sono come quelle dei Rollerblade, super scorrevoli ed avendo meno ingranaggi i capelli si incastrano meno., per quanto riguarda la seduta è veramente grande e confortevole visto la forma a sella è perfetto per le gambe che in questo modo possono stare riposo e la schiena dritta senza gravare sulla zona lombare. Inoltre si può regolare l altezza dello sgabello veramente molto in alto (praticamente alcuni clienti li eseguo così) che sia molto in basso e per ultimo ha una pompa di ammortizzazione veramente efficace. Consiglio perché ne vale, veramente robusto ben fatto.

This chair arrived promptly and well packaged. I have been using it now at work for a few weeks. It is comfortable and glides on the floor easily. I use it in a dental surgery. It is expensive to buy from Amazon to be sent to NZ, but its cheaper than whats available here.

Arrived today, was easy to assemble saddle is alot bigger than I expected which is good it's very comfy the castors are rubbery and smooth on my wood flooring I use it in my kitchen as a disabled person who's finding standing harder it's going to be a big help it raises quiet tall I can easily sit on it and reach the work top it's expensive for a stool but it's sturdy and full metal base which is what I wnated
