This was a replacement for one I purchased in 2022 which alerted me with low battery. Although I expected a longer lifespan I was happy to replace with the same model as I am confident it does the job

Chose this model as it had the digital display at the price of the non digital model of the same brand. Brand is well known, American and giver reassurance. Its made it China like everything, but does look quality. It can be wall mounted or sit on a shelf where it won't look out of place as its well designed. Its for the holiday caravan an they request sealed types for insurance.

Very easy to set up and install.

We had carbon monoxide leak from my old boiler and the old detector was a manual one and next to a regularly opened door. It took a while to register the leak. The gas board recommended that I buy a digital co detector as it is easier to see the level of co in the air and can report the exact number if needed. This is a tidy monitor, displays the numbers clearly on the front which is always zero so I am very happy! Easy to use, well worth the money and a good quality monitor. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to replace their monitor.

does the job easily

Avevo il precedente modello acquistato circa 9 anni fa. Ad esaurimento del sensore ho ricomprato il prodotto attuale dello stesso brand visto il buon funzionamento e la durata del precedente. Testato coi gas di scarico di una vettura anche questo rileva le emissioni, ma ovviamente la prova non può determinare la precisione del valore misurato. Apprezzo la presenza di batteria sigillata per cui non serve la sostituzione. Negli anni vedremo se la la durata della batteria arriva a fine vita del sensore.

De batterij geeft het veel te snel op. Binnen 1,5 jaar al klaar. De (batterij)garantie (geen contact mogelijk alleen een retour adres, terugsturen op eigen kosten & risico) is ontzettend omslachtig.

Se nota que es un producto de calidad, bien terminado y muy facil de instalar. Yo lo tengo en un mueble sin atornillar. Lo que mas me convencio para comprarlo fue la duracion de la bateria, que en teoria es de 10 años y la garantia por el mismo periodo. Cuando se acaba la pila hay que desecharlo y poner uno nuevo, pero que si dura la mitad de lo que promenten ya me doy por contento. Imprescindible para casa. Me dedici a comprarlo junto con detectores de humo de la misma marca, ya que tengo estufa de leña en casa y lo veia necesario para prevenir incidentes. Tiene un boton de prueba para comprobar el funcionamiento de vez en cuando, aparte de luces led que indican el funcionamiento correcto.

Acheté pour remplacer un détecteur de monoxyde arrivé en fin de vie, je possède déjà des article de cette marque et j'en suis plutôt satisfait. Le plus est que l'on peut joindre le fabricant par téléphone en cas de besoin d'assistance. La notice en français est disponible sur leur site internet. Je recommande.
