After foot surgery I struggled with keeping the ice and frozen peas in place on my swollen foot. This was the answer to some very strong prayers! Amazing! Feels like heaven on your foot, bathing the entire area in comforting coolness. Wrapped in a soft fleece is a layer of what I can only describe as bubble wrap filled with water. This allows the water to chill quickly and mold to the foot in just the right way. NOTE: It is better to keep this out of the freezer and put in about an hour before you want to use it. If stored in the freezer it becomes too hard to mold to your foot. I was so impressed I ordered one for my sister who just had the same surgery! I will be using this for many things once my foot recovers. It will be perfect for my feet after a long day of sight seeing or walking in shoes that should only be seen from a sitting position. My only regret is that I did not order TWO for myself!

Two of the little water bags that are inside broke already it’s 10 minutes old! I’m using it anyway it’s very effective and really keeps the ice in place they should give you an extra long stretchy Velcro strip it’s only really cold where the strips are In contacts with the wrap much better than just laying an ice bag on your knee that keeps falling off very disappointed a couple of the bags already leaked water

My son had surgery on his foot about 10 months ago and he plays sports. This ice foot and ankle wrap comes in handy for him. It helps him a lot when his foot starts hurting, it relieves his pain and uncomfort. It's very easy to put on because of the Velcro closure. This ankle wrap is so much better to use than ice packs. Ice packs hurt my son because of the coldest and direct contact. And when we cover the ice packs with a towel, it's not enough coldness and doesn't relieve his pain. This is the perfect solution for my son. My son takes this wrap everywhere with him, especially when he has a game. He chills wrap in freezer and then stores in a cooler until ready to use. Really great product! I highly recommend the purchase of this. I have paid full price for this product and I am giving my honest feedback.

This was a great product but I think it can be improved. The straps are the right size but when the boot is really frozen, it doesn't mold to your foot very well until it warms up and then you can adjust the straps. During the waiting period, this can be uncomfortable on a sore foot. However, despite these issues, it still beats balancing multiple ice-packs on various parts of your foot. I recommend buying two or three of them so one can be refreezing while you're using the other. They last about 20-30 minutes is all and then your foot gets warm because of the cozy lining that previously prevented your foot from getting frost bite.

This product has worked very well for me to ice my ankle after running. I injured it a couple of years ago and this allows me to eliminate the inflammation and soreness that occured for a couple of days after a long run. Because of the fleece layer, I find that it works best directly against the skin. I sometimes leave my sock on my foot, but I feel less cold through the sock. Also, I sometimes slip an ice pack inside of this wrap if I want extra coldness or a lengthier time of coldness. Prior to this wrap, I was using several wraps or moving the ice pack between various parts of the foot and ankle. This wrap allows me to move around the house with the wrap on the foot and to get everything done with one dressing. I really like it!

I have a fractured cuboid bone in my left foot and a fractured fibula on my right leg from a accident on vacation. They both must be elevated and iced continuously to cut down on the pain and swelling and it was nearly impossible to keep a regular icepack on the cuboid bone. This does he job, however the top area (where your ankle would be) is fairly loose and the majority of the ice is on the bottom of the foot. So it is a fair product but could be improved by the top area being more fitted. This would probably not be a problem for someone with larger ankles or someone who needs the bottom area of the foot iced- for the top of the foot it is not great but woks ok.

Great products! I already had the knee wrap after multiple knee surgeries and I bought the ankle wrap after a recently suffered a hairline fracture of my ankle. Cast came off last week and I needed something to help with swelling. This did the trick. I love the reusable ice packets. Bought extras so I could use the pack longer.

Tired of wrapping the gelpack in a kitchen towel around my husband's broken foot for 3 months, I purchased this due to the rating percentages and Amazon Choice status. That was a huge mistake. This not only misses the mark with less than full foot coverage, it stays cool after freezing it for several hours for a maximum of 5 minutes. Not only that it is absolutely nonreturnable, so please don't waste your money on this useless item that does nothing that it claims to do. I'm now guessing that a majority of the reviews are faked. ***UPDATE*** We took the very thin Ice cube pack out and purchased a similar long 4x11 piece ice cube pack for just a few dollars that is 2.5-3x thicker at a local bog box store and it fits perfectly it this thing, except it doesn't have the little extra T part that the original has, but its not missed at all and it now works great!, It keeps the ice from freezing his foot/ankle. He wears it a good 20 min with no discomfort and it stays really cold the whole time.

Did the job perfectly

Not a gel pack. Just thin plastic capsules filled with liquid. Makes it rather stiff. It doesn't get really cold and warms up rather quickly. Better than nothing but it is cheaply made.

Poor fastening not much room widthways. Used on my foot. No instructions just a picture. Might as well use ice packs gets colder and cheaper. Wouldn't buy another one.
