Hi yes, it does come with the hose. It fits all Iwata airbrush guns.

Q: Is there a gauge to accurately adjust output psi?

yes there is, but without visual indicator on actuall PSI

Q: How long can u air brush with iut it shutting off or changing psi

It does not change PSI automatically, but I think the longest you can leave it on without using/pressing the gun is 5 minutes and then it automatically shuts off. I hope that helps
