Amazing Product, Tried and Tested
Taking one a day can prevent cold sores or in the very least, reduce the size and duration of an outbreak significantly. I've been using these for years and on the rare occasion I get a cold sore, increasing the dose to four a day makes healing time as fast as 2-3 days. Amazing product.

I brought these's and was not so impressed. Firstly how many mg are they? I'm now buying 550mg capules for less than half the price and I can feel they work. Didn't get that with these...

Effective but pricey
I was sceptical but it works. I take it when I'm ill, run down or when there is a virus going around, not as an everyday supplement. I have chronic asthma and need all the help I can get fighting off cold and flu viruses as well as chest infections. I'm pleasantly surprised by how effective this has been.I haven't tried any other brands as this works for me, but might change in future as this is quite expensive.
