I became interested in Zentangle and bought this book to learn more. It’s got a great range of designs as well as a general introduction to Zentangle

Bought for a mindfulness workshop, while also getting some personal use out of it. One young person with quite bad anxiety really gravitated towards the book, and spent the whole session copying out of it. You could tell he was calmer and enjoying himself, and much more willing to make conversation. There is a good range of patterns to try, with easy-to-follow instructions and examples of other people's work to show what you can do by combining them.

Brilliant book, I got into zentangle a wee while ago but wanted to find new ways of drawing the tangles. Think I have found the perfect book. This shows 101 different tangles, intro, q&a section and the best part is that it takes every tangle and does it step by step so it's easy to follow. Super happy with this purchase.

written by CZT teachers, you get to know how to draw a limited number of tangles through stages. There is a list of all the tangles at the end as easy reference (a to Z with page numbers). There is a list of technical terms and Q & A. If you are starting out on the Zentangle fun, I would recommend getting this book for easy reference and practice.

If you have never Zentangled before or if you are experienced, this book is a must have for all levels. It gives you all the information you need to begin your Zentangle journey. Clear diagrams and so many tangles to try. Though I have tangled for many years off and on I still have lots to learn and sometimes we all need a bit of inspiration. I have just introduced my grandchildren to zentangle and this book has helped a lot. If you could only have one book on Zentangle then I recommend this is the one to buy!
